Approved memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable after acceptance and payment, except in the case of a duplicate charge or processing error.

Billing errors

To report a duplicate charge or processing error, contact info@abtcgroup.org. Include the payer name, payment date, and transaction reference. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email.

Membership cancellation

A member may ask ABTC to discontinue future membership communications or decline a future renewal. Cancellation does not create a refund for a membership period that has already been accepted and paid.
